‘Pop Art’ Kelly Mittendorf by An Le for L’Officiel Singapore, March 2014

This slightly vintage-esque, nonetheless brilliantly motivated, fashion editorial may’ve been around for a while now… still, the integration of graphic prints and Pop Art inspiration featured in the March 2014 issue of L’Officiel — in my opinion — must be commemorated!
Photographic lens connoisseur An Le shoots fiery model Kelly Mittendorf, in this illuminating comic-strip-inspired fashion editorial. The vibrant concept is an interpretation of ‘60s American pop artist and visionary, Roy Lichtenstein . The invigorating, ideally selected silhouettes and pieces from stylist Phuong My, create a vibrance and flare that almost pop’s off of the pages. The brilliantly offset poses, mode and color palettes, along with bold optical furniture, create a striking and engaging fashionably-fabulous graphic story! Designer labels including: Proenza Schouler, Peter Pilotto, Stella McCartney and Giorgio Armani.
